Vegan Cheesecake with Avocado
Ingredients:
1000 grams of seedless dates
60 grams of walnuts
500 grams of soaked cashew nuts
3 grams of vanilla
10 grams of lemon juice
45 grams of sesame seeds
80 grams of maple syrup
60 grams of peanut butter
5 grams of fresh coconut cream
30 grams of fresh strawberries
30 grams of fresh avocado
60 grams of caramel
Almond milk
Method:
Keep the oven on and heat it to 170 degrees Celsius. With almond milk, lemon juice, and zest, make a purée. Bake the crust after crushing the dates and walnuts for the foundation.
Butter the pan and then wrap it in foil. Combining caramel and peanut butter. Add maple syrup next. Add the purée and vanilla. Fold in the remaining ingredients after adding them.
For 35 to 40 minutes, bake the ingredients in the preheated oven. Once finished, allow it to cool to room temperature. Strawberry and fresh avocado are good garnishes. Put the food in the fridge.
