Vegan Cheesecake with Avocado
1000 grams of seedless dates
60 grams of walnuts
500 grams of soaked cashew nuts
3 grams of vanilla
10 grams of lemon juice
45 grams of sesame seeds
80 grams of maple syrup
60 grams of peanut butter
5 grams of fresh coconut cream
30 grams of fresh strawberries
30 grams of fresh avocado
60 grams of caramel
Almond milk
Keep the oven on and heat it to 170 degrees Celsius. With almond milk, lemon juice, and zest, make a purée. Bake the crust after crushing the dates and walnuts for the foundation.
Butter the pan and then wrap it in foil. Combining caramel and peanut butter. Add maple syrup next. Add the purée and vanilla. Fold in the remaining ingredients after adding them.
For 35 to 40 minutes, bake the ingredients in the preheated oven. Once finished, allow it to cool to room temperature. Strawberry and fresh avocado are good garnishes. Put the food in the fridge.

Gluten-Free Brownie
1000 grams of butter
60 grams of castor sugar
500 grams of eggs
20 grams of almond powder
10 grams of sunflower seeds
45 grams of linseed
5 grams of baking powder
75 grams of cocoa powder
120 grams of dark chocolate
Set the oven to 180 °C for preheating. The powdered sugar and soft butter should be thoroughly mixed in a large bowl. Stir well after adding the melted chocolate to the mixture. Add the eggs, then beat it once more. Salt, baking soda, linseed, almond flour, sunflower seed powder, and cocoa powder should be incorporated. Add the vanilla and well combine.
