Which food items contain MSG?

How to eat MSG?

You can add it to your food by reducing the amount of salt a little. You can put it in moderation while making gravy. Apart from this, it can also be used to increase the flavor of pasta, but keep in mind that if you are using ketchup or any other sauce, keep its quantity low. Can also be added to French fries, chocolate chip cookies, salad dressings.
