Chia seeds are tiny yet packed with nutrients, including calcium, protein, fibre, magnesium, antioxidants, and more. Bollywood diva fans of chia seeds include Malaika Arora and Janhvi Kapoor. After all, they have a number of health advantages.
Since chia have no flavour, we may easily incorporate them into our regular dishes. The best time to eat these tiny, healthy seeds is with your first meal.
Have a bowl of chia cereal for morning rather than your usual cereal. Just milk, nuts or seeds, and fruits are required. Add your preferred milk to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Add chopped fruits and nuts as garnish. For that additional flavour, you may also add honey. Overnight, store the bowl in the fridge with a cover. Enjoy a tasty, healthy treat first thing in the morning.
For a day filled with activity, drink a glass of chia smoothie in the morning. You can use any fruit you choose to make this smoothie.
2 tbsp of seeds, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of diced banana, blueberries, or strawberries, and honey to taste should all be combined in a blender.
Blend, then pour into a glass.
Try this chia yoghurt if you prefer to eat yoghurt as your first meal.
Add 2 tbsp. seeds, 1/2 cup. of your favourite yoghurt, and 1/2 cup. of milk to a bowl. Mix well.
Add some granola or muesli on top.
The mixture should be covered and left to chill overnight.
