 Lemon Garlic Roast Chicken:
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, about 4 lbs.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
- Set the oven to 425 °F.
- Use cold water to thoroughly rinse the chicken, then pat it dry with paper towels.
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- The chicken’s cavity and underneath the skin should also be covered with the mixture.
- Put the lemon slices inside the chicken’s cavity.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Chicken breasts should be salted and peppered.
- In a big skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil.
- When the chicken is browned and cooked through, add it to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Chicken should be taken out of the skillet and put aside.

- Chicken cubes are threaded onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- The BBQ sauce mixture should be brushed onto the chicken skewers.
- Set the temperature of your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Turning every few minutes, grill the chicken skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and lightly charred.
