1. Paneer Pakoda
IngredientsÂ
200 gm paneer (chopped in cube size)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup gram flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
How To Make Paneer Pakoda:
1. Combine paneer, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and garam masala in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Give the paneer a good toss to coat it evenly.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the gramme flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chilies, soda, and salt to taste.
3. Mix them together with water to make a thick batter.
4. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat.
5. Deep-fry the paneer in the gramme flour batter until golden.
6. Serve with chutney and sauce on the side.
2. Dal Vada (Parippu Vada)
IngredientsÂ
1 cup chana dal
2 tsp fennel seeds
5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1-inch ginger
2 onions (chopped)
5-6 garlic
3-4 chopped green chillies
1-2 tbsp oil
How To Make Dal Vada (Parippu Vada)
- Soak and drain the chana dal for two to three hours. Using a blender, make a coarse purée out of this. Take care not to make it into a paste.
2. Grind ginger, garlic, and fennel seeds into a coarse paste without adding water. Combine this with the same dal puree.
3. Combine the salt, onions, curry leaves, and red chilli powder in a mixing bowl.
4. Heat some oil in a frying pan and take a tiny piece of the mixture, flatten it, and carefully place it in the oil.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
6. Serve it hot with a cup of tea and your favourite sauce.
3. Aloo Chaat
Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
How To Make Aloo Chaat:
1. Begin by boiling the potatoes. After that, peel the potato and dice it into small finger-sized pieces.
2. Next, heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry them until golden brown.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine them with the above ingredients.
4. Give it a good stir and it’s ready to serve.
