1 cup full of oats
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Quarter a teaspoon salt
Half a cup of soft butter
1 and a quarter cup of white sugar
Half cup sliced banana, or more to taste
1 packet of cream cheese
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Half a cup fresh blueberries, or more to taste
Half a cup of sliced fresh strawberries, or more to taste
1 large egg
How to make
Oats and almonds are added to a mixer or blender and blended to make a coarse flour to start the preparation.
Add salt, rice flour, and this mixture to a mixing basin. The date and bananas should now be pureed and added to the mixture.
This mixture will be added on top of the oats, and it will be slowly combined with lubricated hands.
Please allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to allow the wet ingredients to absorb more moisture and blend well.
Pour this mixture into a baking dish and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
Place the fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, berries, bananas, etc., on top to garnish and give colour as well as nutrients. Let it cool. Add cream cheese or greek yoghurt.
