Make delicious suji papad with evening tea, learn instant recipe.

It is a custom in Indian homes to eat dal, rice, potato fritters and papad. Lentils and rice fill the stomach, while papads add flavor to the food. In a way, our food is incomplete without papad. Now papad is also eaten as a snack, and anyway, eating papad with tea is a different pleasure.

That’s why instead of making papad at home, we get it from the market and store it. However, it is also easy because it does not require hard work, only money is spent. But, the taste that you will get in homemade papad will not be found in market papad. Also, the papads in the market are very thick because they are made by machine.

On the other hand, homemade papads are thin and made by hand. So it is better to make suji papad at home and serve it with tea.

Receipe
  1. To make suji papad, first sift rice flour and suji in a bowl with the help of a sieve. (How to make rice flour) Then add salt to it.
  2. Now pour 5 to 6 cups of water in a large vessel. After this add cumin, salt and oil to the water and mix it well. Just both our things are ready.
  3. After this, keep a pan on a low flame to heat it. Then add salt water and let the water cook a little. (Recipe for Papad Roll)
  4. Then add suji and keep stirring continuously with the help of a ladle. If this is not done, suji kernels are formed. Now you have to cook all these things well.
  5. Keep stirring the suji for about 5 to 7 minutes and when the aroma starts coming, turn off the gas. Now you have to take a plate the size of papad and keep oil in it.
  6. After this spread the paste thinly on the plate and leave it to dry. Keep in mind that the paste should not be spread too thick. You can keep the shape of papad small or thick according to your choice.
  7. When the papads are dry, put the oil in a pan to heat. When the oil becomes hot, fry the papads one by one. After frying well, take out the papad in a plate and serve it with tea.

  •  After this, put a pan on a low flame to heat it and cook it by adding suji
