Kadam Ka Achar Recipe: Have you ever tried ‘Kadam Ka Pickle’, called the King of Pickles? If not, you can learn the easy recipe of kadam ka pickle. Kadam’s pickle is also known as Kashmiri Monj pickle. You do not need special materials to make it. You can prepare pickles with some spices and step fruit. Let’s know the method of making step pickle.
Kadam Achar Ingredients:
Sharp red chillies
Fennel 50 grams
50 grams coriander whole
2 to 3 pinch of asafoetida
2 tsp turmeric powder
A kind of mustard seed
Black mustard
Fenugreek seeds
The black aromatic seed of onion
lemon
Some hot standing spices
2 tsp- Kashmiri red chilli
Salt to taste
Kadak Achar Recip
 Wash the fruit thoroughly. Now dry it in such a way that there is no water. If you want, you can dry the fruit by putting the fruit in paper or a basket. After this, cut the fruit into four small pieces. Now keep it to dry in the sun. By the time it dries, prepare the pickle making masala.
Kadak Achar Masala RecipeÂ
Heat a pan on gas. Add whole coriander to it. Also, put a little fennel out of 50 grams fennel in it. Now add hot spices too. Now fry all these ingredients. Do not fry it too much, fry it only till it is heated and keep stirring together, so that the moisture inside the spices is eliminated. In this way, coriander, fennel and garam masala have been roasted, take it out in a plate.
After this, again place the pan on the gas and fry the kalonji and rye in it. Fry them while stirring. After this, put the mustard and kalonji in the plate containing coriander and fennel.
Now add fennel and fenugreek seeds to the pan and fry, but you do not have to put these two in the same plate. Take it out in a separate plate or bowl. After this, you can grind spices in a mixer or if you want. Now take the roasted coriander, fennel and hot spices and grind them in a mixer.
