Ingredients in a basic foot scrub recipe:
One sugar cup
Coconut oil, half a cup
1: In a bowl, thoroughly combine the sugar and coconut oil.

Honey, 2 tablespoons
Epsom salt, half a cup

Similar to the first one, this one exfoliates dead skin cells naturally by using honey rather than sugar.
