Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey appeared live on Instagram and was seen sobbing just hours before she took her own life in a hotel room in Varanasi on Sunday. At the age of 25, Akanksha Dubey allegedly committed suicide.
In the Sarnath region, she was discovered hanging in her hotel room.
She was in Varanasi to film a movie. Her family has been inform of the event by the police. Gyan Prakash Rai, an assistant commissioner of police in Sarnath, said: “The deceased’s family members reside in Mumbai. They’ve been made aware of the event. It appears to be a suicide case at first glance.”

Dubey, a native of the Bhadohi district of Uttar Pradesh, travelled to Varanasi to shoot a movie and was lodging at a motel close to the Sarnath police station. The hotel employees opened the gate to Dubey’s room using a master key at the request of her coworkers. When she didn’t leave her room until late in the morning.
In a statement, the Varanasi police commissionerate stated that the body had been submit for a post-mortem. Police were looking into the situation.
On October 21, 1997, Akanksha was born in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
She enjoyed acting and dancing since she was a little child. Akanksha started her acting career on TikTok and Instagram by posting her brief acting and dance videos.
She made her acting debut in the movie “Meru Jung Mera Faisla” and went on to appear in films like “Mujhse Shadi Karogi,” “Veeron Ke Veer,” and “Fighter King,” among others.
