Gosht Korma to Dal Bafla, take a look at some of the must-try traditional dishes from Madhya Pradesh

Due to its location in the middle of India, Madhya Pradesh is also referred to as the country’s “heart.” Due to their cultural and historical legacy, the Mughals and the neighbouring states have had a variety of influences on the cuisine. The state offers delectable food for everyone, vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Here are a few of the state’s most well-known traditional foods that you shouldn’t miss while you’re here.

Bhutte Ki Kees

Dal Bafla

This meal, which was influenc by the Dal Bati dish from Rajasthani cuisine, is very well-liked by vegetarians in Madhya Pradesh. A small wheat dough ball called a bafla is cook till the outside is crisp and then covered in ghee.

Gorma Gosht

One of the most well-known meals to have emerged from Mughlai cuisine, which had a big impact on the cuisine of Bhopal, is the Bhopali Gosht Korma.
