Chicken masala recipe: It is one of the simplest and delicious chicken recipes

This homemade masala chicken recipe is easy and quick to make. All varieties of Indian food require masalas to give them the distinctive flavour we all adore. Ingredients

1 and a ½ tbsp of fennel seeds
¾ cup of coriander seeds
1 tsp of black peppercorn
2 tbsp of cumin seeds
25-30 curry leaves
5 dry red chillies
1 tbsp of fenugreek seeds
Salt as per taste

Recipe of Chicken Masala 

Step 1: Place the curry leaves in a skillet and dry roast them over a low heat until they become crispy. They should be taken off the stove and put away.

Next, dry roast the red peppers for a further two to three minutes. When finished, set them aside.

Step 3: Combine the peppercorns, coriander, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, and fenugreek seeds in the same pan. Additionally, dry roast them till a pleasant aroma comes out.

Step 4: Turn off the heat and let it to cool. Now mix all of the roasted masalas in a blender, and process until a fine powder is formed.

Step 5: If necessary, add salt.
