  • Consumption of guava also benefits in malaria. Guava is rich in vitamin C and many nutrients.
  • Grinding basil and black pepper together and consuming it with honey in the morning and evening reduces fever.
  • A person suffering from mallaria should eat black pepper and rock salt mixed with lemon. It benefits a lot. Apart from this, you can eat black pepper and rock salt mixed on apples. It also gives a lot of benefits.
  • Heavy food should not be eaten in malaria. The patient should be given oatmeal, sabudana or khichdi.

Prevention of malaria

  • First of all, know that maleria mosquitoes thrive in water. Therefore, do not allow water to accumulate in and around the house at all.
  • The house should be kept clean.
  • Go out in the evening wearing full-sleeved clothes in the summer and rain.
  • Even in the house, wear full-sleeved clothes in the evening.
