It is essential to know that cholesterol is not bad for the human body. It’s an important part of several cellular functions. But sometimes Cholesterol get notorious when it crosses limits. It gets notoriously bad for the human body when it crosses its limits and elevates to a higher level.

How will you know if your cholesterol level is high?

Blood test is the most common and sure shot way to know the level of cholesterol in the body. Blood test will determine the level of HDL, LDL, triglyceride, and overall cholesterol in your body.

If LDL is high then is worse. High HDL is better. If the level of high density lipoprotein. Else, The good cholesterol is more then the adverse effects of this is least likely to impact the individual and if the level of low density lipoprotein.
