BTS member Jungkook gave a glimpse into his daily routine with an adorable video

Jeon Jungkook, a member of the wildly successful K-pop boy band, is back with his endearing smile. Ready to make ARMY’s heart flutter once again and provide a few tips on how to have a good night’s sleep. The youngest member of BTS gave a good night interview on Weverse while seated in a cosy bedroom environment and discussed his “unique everyday routine.” Jungkook was all set to explain the routines he follows before bed in the hopes that ARMYs could learn something from his interview that would enable them to get a good night’s rest as well.

Jungkook immediately informs the ARMYs that he frequently struggles to fall asleep quickly.

In his interview, he stated, “When I feel sleepy, when my eyes start to close, I attempt to go asleep. I listen to music or watch a video. The BTS frontman continued by saying that although it sometimes seems like he falls asleep in 30 seconds, other times he lies awake for three to four hours.

What transpires in his mind when the latter occurs? The Golden Maknae remarked, “I consider what transpired that day, and my thoughts begin to diverge from there. For instance, I might dwell on something till another thought enters my mind if I wasn’t satisfied with how I performed at the concert. He grinned as he went on to add, “Then I think about that topic, then another, and another.”

Additionally, Jungkook provided some excellent suggestions for ARMYs to ensure they can capture some z’s.

The BTS member first and foremost makes sure he follows a sleep routine. If he is unable to accomplish that and must remain up late, he will attempt to stay awake throughout the day and sleep just at night. He also likes to maintain the right temperature in his room. I normally keep my room at the perfect temperature, he remarked. I can’t sleep if it’s too hot or if it’s too chilly.” In addition, Jungkook advised against eating anything just before night and suggested doing some gentle stretching to help you unwind.
