Date

Most of the events we’ve attended last between 10 and 20 days. This shopping event, on the other hand, will last a month. It will begin on January 28 and end on February 26.

Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of New Delhi, initiated the Unheard Festival. People will travel from all around the country to put up stalls and shop in the capital.

Mission

The festival was proposed by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia as part of the Rozgaar Budget 2022-23 to stimulate the capital’s economy. It will empower local business owners to open shops and sell things that reflect their distinct culture.

The festival will not only showcase regional specialties, but it will also create many job possibilities. Many small businesses suffered during the pandemic, and this would be an opportunity to market and increase your firm.

Business travellers may be able to get fantastic prices on train and airline tickets during the event. There will also be fantastic accommodation deals available.

People living in the vicinity of New Delhi would be granted special packages, according to the CM. Customers will receive discounts on a variety of goods, and prizes will be awarded in order to retain the festival’s international standing.

What Will Be There?

North, East, West, South, and Central Delhi would be divided into five zones. Different exhibitions will be set up at each of these locations. Throughout the month, there will be much to see and do in the capital, from food booths to concerts and live entertainment.
There will be parts of the festival dedicated to art, literature, health, gaming, technology, and spirituality. In each of these five zones, at least ten malls and fifteen marketplaces will be chosen to draw both locals and tourists to the shopping festival. Brand recognition programmes will assist small and medium-sized business owners in growing their audience.
