After J-Hope, Jin, and RM’s solo endeavours, Jimin will be the next member of BTS to go it alone. According to a statement made on February 22, 12 am KST (February 21, 8:30 pm IST). Jimin will release a solo album titled “FACE” that would serve as a platform for him to unapologetically confront his genuine nature.
The BTS members’ management company BIGHIT MUSIC sent a notification on the online fan forum Weverse outlining the release’s specifications and the pre-order window.

BTS member Jimin will be releasing his first solo album “FACE”
“FACE” is all about Jimin facing himself head-on as he gets ready for his next step as a solo artist.
Jimin will see the fans through various activities including the “FACE” release so we ask for your continued interest and support for Jimin’s first official solo activity.

Jimin, who was born on October 13, 1995. Made his debut on June 12, 2013, with the South Korean septet BTS. The celebrity, who is originally from Busan. Moved to Seoul with experience in kendo and modern dance but no natural talent for singing. But, he polished his skills to become a highly sought-after idol in the Korean music industry. Having already recorded songs like “Promise,” which has gone on to become a massive success on the music site SoundCloud. He has unquestionable star power and a sizable fan base to fall back on.
Three solo songs by Jimin have been released under the BTS moniker: “Lie” in 2016, “Serendipity” in 2017, and “Filter” in 2020. All three songs have achieved success on the Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea. In 2022, he collaborated with Ha Sung-woon on the duet “With You” for the soundtrack of the TvN drama Our Blues, and in 2023, he appeared on Taeyang’s single “Vibe.”
