Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya and Hrithik Roshan’s Vikram Vedha are still in the works. It is now simple to watch recently released films on OTT. Following the pandemic, the majority of films were quickly released on digital platforms, while many others followed the eight-week rule for theatrical release to debut on OTT. The rights to almost all recently released movies were sold to streaming services. The online premieres of both movies have not yet occurred.
Eight weeks was the new time limit, but few filmmakers managed to finish their post-theatrical releases within the four-week window. Hrithik Roshan’s neo-noir classic thriller Vikram Vedha has been on the market for 19 weeks, while Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya has been on the market for 11 weeks. Audiences are very curious as to why these movies aren’t making their OTT debut due to the delay in the digital release of both movies.
Bhediya and Vikram Vedha will soon be available on OTT, but on a different platform. The new Jio App, which has not yet been released, will stream these movies. Every week, a premiere will take place in accordance with the plan. Some premieres will be theatrical releases, while others will have direct OTT releases on the platform. The source claims that the list of films will be revealed at the app’s launch.
