One of the most anticipated series. The Last of Us, has revealed what viewers can expect from it ahead of its January 2023 launch. Troy Baker, who played the lead character in the blockbuster video game on which the show is based. Teased that the third episode will be a turning point for the plot.

What is the basis behind The Last of Us?

The Last of Us is based on the acclaimed franchise’s original video game of the same name. It will apparently also contain some of The Last of Us: Left Behind’s plot. The 2013 Naughty Dog and Sony Computer Entertainment action-adventure game centres on Joel, a smuggler charged with escorting a teenage girl named Ellie across a post-apocalyptic America.

The Last of Us stars who?

The character of Joel, who is voiced by Troy Baker in the video game, will be played by Pedro Pascal of The Mandalorian in the upcoming The Last of Us television adaptation. The actor had already said on social media that he had been cast, “THE way IS THIS. full backing. Stop there. I can’t wait for you, Pedro, to introduce me to a side of Joel I never knew.”
