Actress Swara Bhasker and state youth president of the Samajwadi Party Fahad Ahmad were engaged on Thursday in a private ceremony. They declared their intent to marry in court and allegedly turned in their paperwork on January 6. Soon after the wedding, the first photos from it appeared online, showing the two lovers dressed in traditional garb. Fahad wore an off-white silk kurta-pyjama with a red embroidered Nehru jacket, while Swara wore a red saree and an off-white shirt.

In Instagram Stories, Swara even provided a close-up glimpse of her cultural outfit. Shared unique information about the saree she was wearing. Selfies with the comment, “It was a major day!!! We kept it a secret for a few lunch months, and believe me, for an oversharer like myself, it was the hardest thing to do “The six yards Swara was wearing, she confessed, were from her mother’s over 40 years ago bridal saree. Even in the post, she thanked Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla specifically for helping her look beautiful.

The bright red silk saree has a delicately embroidered gold border. A simple floral pattern, which are the elements of Swara’s outfit. Swara styled the pallu on the shoulder with a lovely brooch to wear it in the manner of tradition. She paired the six yards with an off-white blouse that had colourful decorations, a scoop neckline, and gold jaal embroidery.
Swara ultimately decided on jewellery made of gold, beads, and Polki. Including a mang tika, a choker necklace, and chic bangles.
