Sunrisers Hyderabad’s explosive middle-order batsman Heinrich Klaasen scored an unbeaten 51 off 104 balls. His innings also included 8 fours and 6 skyscrapers. Apart from this, Virat Kohli completed the sixth century of his IPL career in 62 balls. Kohli’s bat saw 12 fours and 4 sixes in this amazing innings. A special record was also created by scoring centuries by these two players.

Scored century in single match

In fact, this is the first time in IPL history that players from both teams have scored a century in a single match. With this, this was seen for the third time in the IPL when two players have scored a century in a match. Earlier, Virat Kohli-AB de Villiers, David Warner-Jonny Bairstow have done this feat

RCB captain Faf du Plessis won the toss and decided to bat first. In such a situation, Sunrisers Hyderabad batted first and scored 20 runs for 5 wickets in the stipulated 186 overs and gave Bangalore a target of 187 runs. Chasing a target of 187 runs, King Kohli and Faf du Plessis gave RCB a tremendous start. There was a great partnership of 172 runs for the first wicket between the two. Due to the superb batting of Faf and Kohli, RCB won the match by 19 wickets in 2.8 overs.
