Somy Ali accuses Salman Khan of verbal, physical and sexual abuse

Salman Khan and Somy Ali dated in the 1990s. She has at last found the courage to speak out against the abuse she endured while the two were dating. She claimed Salman brutally abused her verbally, physically, and sexually.

Somy Ali claimed that because of trauma, it took her “twenty years” to come out with her “truth.”

She charged Salman with coordinating a plot to get her show, Flight or Fight, outlawed in India. She began by acknowledging all the instances of sexual assault she had experienced. Later, she also discussed how it often takes a long time for survivors to come out with their experiences.

I want Salman Khan to confess what he put me through, from the verbal, sexual, and physical abuse, she said in her video. “I also want a public apology, which an egomaniac and a narcissist will probably never do. And I want him to lift the ban on my programme so that India can see what No More Tears accomplishes and what I have sacrificed 15 years of blood and sweat to accomplish—working to save over 40,000 men and women.

She want public apology

Ali demanded that Khan publicly apologise, adding, “I want Salman Khan to confess what he put me through, from the verbal, sexual, and physical assault, and I want a public apology, which an egomaniac and a narcissist will probably never do. And I want him to lift the ban on my programme so that India can see what No More Tears accomplishes and what I have sacrificed 15 years of blood and sweat to accomplish—working to save over 40,000 men and women.

She said, “How can you say that you have never hit me or abused me? I want Mr. Khan to look at himself in the mirror and ask himself. When you are aware that I have done these things while vehemently denying doing them, how can you possibly have the chutzpah to forbid my show? Disgrace to you. I wish you would have the self-control to publicly apologise and own up to your actions.
