Mandy Rose WWE release came as a surprise to her

More information about Mandy Rose WWE release is available, including how she reacted to the news and when she last signed a WWE contract.
On Wednesday, WWE made the shocking announcement that former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose had been let go. Rose was fired by WWE just one day after losing the NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez on the December 13th episode of NXT.
Rose was discovered by WWE in 2015 as a contestant on the reality show Tough Enough.
She finished second among the female contestants on the show and was quickly signed to a full-time contract. Rose made her NXT debut, then appeared on Raw and Smackdown before returning to NXT in 2021.
While WWE has not stated why Rose was released, it is widely assumed that it was due to Rose’s FanTime subscription page, which WWE wanted her to remove. According to the story, WWE PC Head Coach Matt Bloom brought it to the attention of NXT General Manager Shawn Michaels, and they felt they had no choice but to release Rose. It is unknown if WWE informed her of the possibility of termination or any repercussions for maintaining the fan page.

Some unconfirmed reports claim that Rose makes more money from her subscription page than she does from her WWE contract, which could explain why she refused to shut down her page as WWE requested. It’s also possible that she’ll return to WWE in the future.
Rose sent this message to her subscribers, informing them that her $40 per month page is still active:
Hey guys, I appreciate all of your messages. I am overwhelmed by all of your love and support. And don’t worry, the page is still up and running!
Fightful Select, the site that broke the news of Rose’s WWE release, has issued a new update. Rose’s entrance into NXT on Tuesday was described as “very hasty” in their update. Fightful was informed that there would be a title change about 15 minutes before NXT went on the air. The match between Perez and Rose was set up in the show’s opening segment. In the main event, Perez easily defeated Rose.
