Anupam Kher penned an emotional note while sharing a throwback video with Satish Kaushik

The abrupt passing of Satish Kaushik following a heart attack shocked his loved ones, admirers, and coworkers. The actor-director was 66 years old. He reportedly died in the car after having a heart attack while visiting someone in Gurgaon. After a post-mortem, his remains was transported to Bombay, where his funeral rites were performed at the Versova cremation. The late actor’s home was visited by Anupam Kher, Salman Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Boney Kapoor, and many more to pay their respects. Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik have been close friends for more than 45 years, and now Anupam Kher has written a heartfelt letter while also reflecting on an old recollection.

Anupam Kher posts throwback video 

In the old clip, Anupam Kher can be heard stating, “Producer ko khush karne ke liye dekho kya kya karna padta hai (Look what everything we have to do to make the producer happy)” while giving Satish Kaushik a head massage. Satish Kaushik and Anupam Kher engage in lighthearted banter, and at the conclusion, Satish Kaushik is shown thanking him for the massage. The two friends then embrace warmly. The video was shot during Kaagaz 2 filming last year. Anupam Kher wrote in Hindi, revisiting an old memory, “Death is the end of life….Not of relationships.” Watch the video down below.

“Beautiful moment with Satish Ji,” one Instagram user posted. “Always loved watching u two together,” another user wrote. My heart hurts. Love and strength to you, man,” a another Instagram user commented.

Masaba Gupta tweeted a collage of old photos of Satish Kaushik, Neena Gupta, and Anupam Kher from their National School of Drama (NSD) days a few hours ago. The image made fans homesick! Satish and Anupam Kher have been friends since 1975 and were classmates at NSD.
