How to make
Soak moong dal and chana dal for about two to three hours. Then filter the water and keep it. Put both types of lentils in a mixer jar and mix chopped onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, cumin, coriander and prepare a fine paste. Add salt as per taste. Take this paste out in a bowl and whisk it well.
Finely chop tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, bell pepper, carrots. Now mix yogurt and salt in a bowl. Mix all the vegetables in it. Now spread oil on the pan and prepare the chilla with lentil paste. Bake from both sides and take it down from the pan. Place the filling of vegetables in it and wrap it. Just ready with tasty and protein-rich falafal wrap. Both kids and adults will love it.
