Half egg fry

People with asthma are deficient in vitamin-D. Vitamin-D is obtained from milk, eggs, fish like salmon. If you want to meet vitamin-D deficiency, then include these things in your diet.

Materials-

  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

How to make –

  • Heat a non-stick pan with a heavy bottom on a low flame.
  • Add butter to it and don’t let it irritate. Now boil an egg and put it in it and make sure that its yellow part is not broken.
  • Add salt and pepper on top and cover it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • If you want a soft and set yoke, cook it for 1-2 minutes more. Your half-fried egg is ready. Serve it with breads.

Pan Fried Salmon

In a report in the Journal of Science and Medicine, it was reported that omega-3 helps to improve lung function. It also helps in reducing the risk of asthma.

Materials-

  • 1 salmon fillet, cut into 4-5 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper powder as per taste

How to make –

  • Keep the fish aside by washing them and cleaning them with a paper towel.
  • Heat a pan on low flame and add oil to it and heat it. Put pieces of fish in it and fry it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of it and bake it. Add salt and pepper from the other side and fry well.
  • When it turns golden on both sides, remove it and serve it on a plate and enjoy.

Sweet Potato

Foods rich in beta-carotene are considered good for asthma patients. Beta-carotene is found in carrots, sweet potatoes, watermelon, green vegetables, broccoli, etc.

Materials-

  • 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • 1/2 black pepper

How to make –

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. After this, peel the sweet potato and cut it <>/<> to <>/<> inch thick.
  • Add oil to all the sweet potatoes and mix them well.
  • Add salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Place parchment paper in a baking tray and spread the sweet potato pieces in it and bake for 15 minutes by placing it in the oven.
  • Flip it after 15 minutes and then bake for 10 minutes.
