There will be strong feelings about the Hyundai Verna front end in 2023. It has a large parametric grille and headlamps that are split vertically. A large lightbar serving as LED DRLs is also present.
The Verna’s sloping roofline emphasises its sporty appearance. In compared to its German competitors, the saloon sits quite low to the ground and the tail lamps are attached to one another.
The Hyundai Verna’s connected tail lamps are a great feature.
They provide the rear fascia drama and give it a distinctive appearance. The all-new Hyundai Verna features a fastback-like rear and a very attractive shape. The Turbo trim for the Verna is performance-oriented.
The inside has more room because to the best-in-class 2,670 mm wheelbase. Moreover, the Verna now has 6 airbags as a standard feature across the board.
The Verna now has a soft-touch dashboard with a contemporary appearance. Moreover, it has a panoramic console with two 10.25-inch screens: one for the touchscreen infotainment system and one for the instrument cluster.
The new generation Verna’s rear bench has enough room for three people. After all, the Verna has the biggest car in its class and the longest wheelbase in its segment. Together with USB outlets and rear AC vents, the Verna also receives window and rear windscreen shades.
There are currently two engine options for the Verna.
First, there is a 1.5L NA petrol engine that produces 115 PS and 140 Nm and gets 19.60 km per hour with an IVT and 18.60 km per hour with a 6-speed manual transmission. The 1.5L turbo-petrol engine produces 160 PS and 253 Nm, and it gets 20.60 km per litre with a 7-speed DCT and 20.00 km per litre with a 6-speed MT transmission.
With a volume of 528 litres, the boot is the largest in its class and has room for two full-size strollers. The sloping roof line, however, causes the entrance to be a little bit smaller.
Now, the saloon has 16-inch alloy wheels. However, we believe that from an aesthetic standpoint, 17-inchers would have been preferable.
