Taste the traditional dishes of Azol and get good health.

But if we tell you about a trust that has been making and serving homemade and traditional foods or recipes for years? You may not believe it, but it’s true. Yes, we are talking about Azol, who has been working for centuries to deliver the traditional food products and dishes of Maharashtra to the world

However, this organization was started by some women from Maharashtra themselves during a meeting. Here the dishes of Maharashtra are prepared with traditional spices, some recipes of which we are sharing with you.

Black gram kebabs


  • Black gram – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Garam masala – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt – 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Cumin seeds – 1 cup
  • Potatoes – 4 (boiled)
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp


  • To make black gram kebabs, first put water in a cooker and keep it to boil. Peel boiled potatoes with it and keep it to boil.
  • Now take out in a bowl and mash black gram and potatoes with the help of a masher. When it is mashed, add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon black spice and mix well.
  • When the chickpeas and potatoes are boiled, add the ground garlic-ginger paste and 1 cup of semolina and mix well. Use a large spoon to mix.
  • Now make kebabs of the mixture with light hands and wrap the kebabs in a layer of semolina from the top. When all the kebabs are in the semolina mixture, put it in the pan on a light flame to heat the oil.
  • When the oil is hot, bake the kebabs one by one and then serve with green chutney.

Amla Gulkand and Guava Panch


  • Guava – 2
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Pink salt – a pinch
  • Ginger juice – 1 tsp
  • Guava juice – 1 cup
  • Soda water – 1 cup


  • To make Amla Gulkand and Guava Panch, first of all you have to cut the guava. Also, keep all the ingredients ready.
  • When all the ingredients are ready, put the guava in a mixer grinder and grind it finely.
  • Then in another bowl, add azole amla gulkand, red chili powder, pink salt, ginger juice, guava juice and mix well.
  • Now put the ice cube in a glass and add juice on top and mix well.
  • Top with soda water and serve chilled. Of course, its taste is such that most will like it very much.
