Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi has been acquitte d by a special CBI court in the suicide case of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan. The verdict was pronounce in a special CBI court after 10 years. Let me tell you that Jiah Khan, who was seen in films like ‘Housefull’, ‘Ghajini’ and ‘Nishabd’, committed suicide on June 3, 2013. After Jiah’s death, the police had recovered a suicide note from the actress’ house, in which the name of Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj Pancholi came up. In her suicide note, Jiah had mentioned her bad relationship with Sooraj Pancholi. Suraj was arrested by the police after the incident. At present, Sooraj Pancholi was out on bail.

News agency ANI tweeted that Sooraj Pancholi has been acquitt ed of all charges in the Jiah Khan suicide case. The court has refused to hold Sooraj Pancholi guilty on the basis of lack of evidence. This decision of the CBI has created a wave of happiness in Sooraj Pancholi’s family.
Jiah Khan’s mother had made serious allegations
In the Jiah Khan suicide case, the actress’ mother Rabia Khan had made serious allegations against her boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi. Rabia had accused actor Sooraj Pancholi of abetting the murder. At that time Jiah Khan and Pancholi were dating each other. Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan had told the court that it was a case of murder and not suicide. However, due to lack of evidence, the Bombay High Court had last year dismissed Rabia’s plea seeking a fresh probe into the case.
According to reports, Pancholi and Jiah Khan met through Facebook. At that time, Jiah Khan was absolutely in Bollywood and Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj was looking for work in the industry. Gradually, the friendship of both of them turned into love and the affair started between the two.
