First, wash the green and capsicum.
Now clean and wash coriander and mint leaves as well.
Peel the garlic and ginger and keep aside.
Now put oil on green chillies and capsicum.
Fry both things on the gas for a while.
When their skin starts to turn black, turn off the gas.

Now put some water on the capsicum and remove the burnt part.

Now add green chillies, capsicum, garlic buds, ginger, coriander and mint leaves, a little lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, half a teaspoon black salt, 1 half teaspoon roasted cumin, salt as per taste, 2 teaspoons yogurt, half a cup of ice water.

Blend all the things well in the mixer.
Let’s get your green chili sauce ready.
You can serve this chutney with dry vegetables to dosa.

3-4 green chillies
1 capsicum
A little oil
1 cup coriander
1 cup mint
3-4 garlic cloves
1 small ginger
A little lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
Salt according to taste
2 tsp yogurt
Half a cup of ice water
