Shalin Bhanot to Tushar Kalia, took to social media to share their wishes on Maha Shivaratri

Every year, Hindus all throughout the country celebrate Maha Shivaratri, a holiday honouring Lord Shiva. On this day, February 18, 2023, it is observed. According to folklore, Maha Shivratri is observed to commemorate the day Lord Shiva performed the Tandava Nritya for the first time and prevented the end of the world. It is a significant religious and spiritual occasion where people fast, worship Lord Shiva, recite “mantras,” stay up late, and practise meditation. Many celebrities posted messages on social media to honour the occasion and wish their followers and supporters.

Shalin Bhanot uploaded the photo on Maha Shivaratri

Shalin Bhanot, a finalist on Bigg Boss 16. Posted a video of himself kneeling and worshipping at the Kashi Vishwanath temple. The actor uploaded the photo with the hashtags “#Gratitude #ThankYouUniverse #KashiVishwanath” and “#Gratitude #ThankYouUniverse” in the video. He looks sharp in a white kurta.

Tushar Kalia posted a picture with the song Har Har Shambhu

Winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 Tushar Kalia. Who recently wed model Triveni Barman, posted a picture of Lord Shiva along with the song Har Har Shambhu in his Instagram story. The actor also shared a picture of himself praying in what appears to be a mountain cave, complete with a shivling and an idol. “Jai shiv shambho #mahashivratri #om #shiva,” is the post’s caption.

What Charu Asopa and Ankita Lokhande posted

Charu Asopa, a well-known TV star. Posted a picture of herself exiting a car while wearing a red outfit. “Maha Shivratri aayi, Sukhon ke saath ye aayi,” the actress appears to have written in the caption after returning after conducting puja.

Ankita Lokhande, an actress, also posted a video of herself doing puja at her house and later at a temple. “Wishing everyone a very happy #mahashivratri Om namah shivay,” she wrote in the caption of the video she shared.
