Rana Naidu is now streaming on Netflix, here’s early review of the show.

Netflix is currently streaming Rana Naidu. The lead actors in the show are Venkatesh Daggubati and Rana. Here is our initial review of the programme. Bombay, or Mumbai, as it was known in the 1990s, was frequently portrayed as the centre of “underground” activity. Mumbai has improved over time, and today is regarded as India’s financial hub. Bollywood and scandals, however, continue to resemble Mumbai.

Netflix’s attempt to liven up the already crowded news gossip section is Rana Naidu.

It has everything you have heard about the film industry from a distance, including stars, money, scandals, sexual innuendos, crude language, and gang wars. But does this tired story hold together?

Meet Rana Naidu (Rana Daggubati), a fixer who is known for rescuing nearly every famous person from perilous situations. Rana saves a flamboyant “cricketer” who is busy “blowing” his money in a hotel room at the beginning of the first episode. Rana and his employer “OB” gain a new client after escaping a scandal. He acts in this manner.

The show’s core plot, which is really a family drama in the midst of all this upheaval, is revealed after a painfully illustrious first episode. Meet Naga Naidu, a former prisoner who is freed early from jail, played by Venkatesh Daggubati. He hates him, and he also happens to be Rana’s father. What draws you into this novel are their conflicting personalities and the tension between their father and son.

Rana and Venkatesh makes an excellent father-son team in the movie.

They portray their different characters onscreen with an incredible level of comfort and ease. The two have never collaborated before for a performance. Prior to this, Rana was the main character in Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (2012), which included Venky in a cameo. But this is their first time sharing fully-arch character roles in a same appearance.

Also, it is incredibly reviving to see Rana in the series fits after his “heavy” Bhalladev performance in Baahubali. In the future, we wouldn’t mind seeing them together more often.

There are other supporting roles, including those played by Rana’s siblings Abhishek Banerjee and Sushant Singh. A parallel narrative is also present for both of the brothers.
