On Saturday, January 28, Jaya Bheda, the mother of actor Rakhi Sawant’s, passed away in a Mumbai hospital. She was 73. Jaya was receiving treatment at the hospital after receiving a stage-four endometrial cancer diagnosis.

is the director of CritiCare Asia Multispecialty Hospital and Research Center and a pulmonologist “Stage-four endometrial cancer that had gone to the brain, lungs, and liver affected Rakhi Sawant’s mother. She was admitted a few weeks ago. She received initial care at another hospital before being sent here.”
Earlier this month, Rakhi had revealed her mother was diagnosed with brain tumour. “I came out of the Bigg Boss house last night and I really need everyone’s blessings. Mom is not well. She is in the hospital. Please pray for her,” she said. Rakhi broke down in tears as she further mentioned that her mother is diagnosed with a brain tumor.
“Nobody informed me in the Bigg Boss house that she is not well. I did not know she had been hospitalised. My mom has been diagnosed with a brain tumour,” Rakhi said. Rakhi’s mother underwent surgery to remove a malignancy in April 2021.
Rakhi has had a difficult month. She was spotted crying as her spouse Adil Khan denied claims that they were married in addition to standing by her mother throughout their argument. He eventually revealed that he had not accepted Rakhi as his wife because his family had not done so. Rakhi also gained notoriety when she was imprisoned following an allegation made against her by a female model who claimed that the Bigg Boss popularity had caused her “inappropriate films and images” to go viral.
Rakhi Sawant’s friend revealed that the noticed a fluctuation in the monitor. A half an hour later, the family was informed that Jaya had passed away.
