Priyanka Chopra to play an elite spy in Citadel, first look

The recently released first-look photos for the upcoming action-spy thriller series “Citadel” feature Priyanka Chopra Jonas in a lethal gun-toting persona. Which she balances by lighting the mercury on fire with her appearance. Nadia Sinh, an elite spy, is revealed to be her character in the Anthony and Joseph Russo-directed television series.

A strong organisation called Manticore uses covert means to control the planet.

Citadel relates the tale of the independent. Worldwide spy agency of the same name that is destroyed by Manticore agents despite the fact that the former was charged with maintaining everyone’s safety and security.

Elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh had their memories erased when they narrowly avoided death with the fall of the Citadel. They continue to live in secrecy, creating new identities and new lives while remaining ignorant of their pasts. Up until one night, when Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), a former colleague at the Citadel, locates Mason and asks for his assistance in stopping Manticore from establishing a new global order.

The two agents set out on a quest that takes them around the globe in an effort to defeat Manticore when Mason locates Nadia. All the while navigating a relationship based on secrets, deception, and a perilous yet unwavering love.

Lesley Manville plays Dahlia Archer in the show. Osy Ikhile plays Carter Spence. Ashleigh Cummings plays Abby Conroy. Roland Moller plays Anders and Davik Silje. Caoilinn Springall plays Hendrix Conroy.

David Weil is the showrunner and executive producer of “Citadel,” which is also executive produced by Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Otstot, Scott Nemes for AGBO, Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec, Jeff Pinkner, and Scott Rosenberg for Midnight Radio, Newton Thomas Sigel, and Patrick Moran.

The first two episodes of the show will be broadcast on Prime Video on April 28. Then, a new episode will be uploaded each Friday until May 26.
