Nikita Jaisinghani styled RC’s Oscars 2023 ensemble, which highlights his role as Alluri Seetharama Raju from the SS Rajamouli film and features the actor’s signature medallion brooches and a studded choker over the coat.
The actor from Rangasthalam has a sculpted silhouette with statement buttons, as seen in the pictures, that is deeply rooted in Indian history. His three-piece ensemble was paired with straight pants and shiny formal shoes. The heartthrob has unmistakably made a wise investment in chic yet casual couture. Upasana, the wife of Ram Charan, who is six months pregnant, also looked regal in a straightforward satin saree designed by Jayanti Reddy. Her retro fashion and jewellery made for a standout outfit. Ram Charan stated during an interview on the red carpet of the Oscars with a host from The Hollywood Reporter, “This trip is unique… When we were filming, as actors, we never stopped to consider the fact that the song and the movie are no longer ours; instead, people all over the world—from Japan to the USA—have completely taken ownership of it. The song and the movie were transformed into what they are today thanks to them. We beseech God for that constantly.”
When further questioned about whether viewers can anticipate an RRR sequel, Charan responded, “I’d adore it. I’ve heard that from my director, SS Rajamouli, in numerous interviews, and I would be extremely happy if it did. Naturally, they will succeed again.”
The Best Original Song Oscar for 2023 went to RRR’s Naatu Naatu. Applause (Tell It Like a Woman), Hold My Hand (Top Gun Maverick). Lift Me Up (Black Panther Wakanda Forever), and This is a Life were also nominated in this category (Everything Everywhere All at Once).
