This weekend marks the theatrical release of the widely anticipated film Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, which stars Rani Mukerji in the starring role. A spectacular premiere celebration for the film was held on March 15, Wednesday night, at the Mumbai Yash Raj Studios. The movie, which was directed by Ashima Chibber, was screened in front of some of the biggest names in Hindi film.

On Wednesday night, the renowned star duo of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, watched the ambitious film directed by Rani Mukerji at the Yash Raj Studios. The well-known actress and National Award-winning actor, who adored Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, later gushed about the movie on their official Instagram accounts. On their Instagram posts, Vicky and Katrina both lauded the film’s leading woman Rani for her outstanding performance.

The survival drama depicts a mother’s protest against the Norwegian government to reclaim her children. It is based on the true tale of a Bengali woman named Sagarika Bhattacharya.
