Chana Dal Chips
Ingredients

Chana dal – 1 cup, Baking soda – 1 pinch, Black pepper – 1 teaspoon, Semolina – 2 teaspoons, Wheat flour – 2 teaspoons, Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, Oil – 2 cups, Salt – as per taste, Cumin – 1/2 tsp, chaat masala – 1 tsp

Recipes

First of all, soak chana dal in water and keep it for 3-4 hours.

After 4 hours separate the water from the dal and put it in a mixer and grind the dal finely.

After this add semolina and wheat flour to the dal paste and knead it well.

Now add baking soda and chili powder to it and mix it well. Here put oil in a pan and keep it for heating. 

Now make small balls from the dal mixture and cut them in the shape of chips. After this, put the chips in oil and deep fry them.

Chana Dal Chaat Fry
Ingredients

Chana dal – 1 bowl, Tomato – 1 chopped, Green chili – 2 finely chopped, Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp, Onion – 1 finely chopped, Chaat masala – 1 tsp, Green coriander – 2 tsp, Lemon wedge Juice – 1, Oil – as required, Salt – as per taste

Recipes

First of all, soak chana dal in water and keep it for 3-4 hours.

After 4 hours separate the lentils from the water and keep the lentils in the sun for some time.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add chana dal and deep fry it and after frying take it out in a vessel.

Now add all the ingredients like tomato, onion, chaat masala etc. to the fried lentils and mix it well.
