  • To make Surti Khaman, first prepare all the ingredients. Soak lentils, rice for 3 to 4 hours.
  • When it is 4 hours, wash it with clean water and grind it in a mixer grinder by adding 2 green chillies and turmeric powder along with dal rice.
  • Put the mixture in a bowl and keep it covered for 5 hours. Now add baking soda and water to it and mix well.
  • Now put oil in a baking tray and add the mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Then remove it and let it cool.
  • During this time, heat oil in the pan and add mustard, asafoetida, neem leaves and apply tempering. Now put this tempering on top of the khaman and mix it well.
  • You’re just ready, which you can serve.

  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp – Neem leaves

Method

Step 1
