Here are some suggestions for your multi-course Lohri meal.

Ingredients in Makki Di Roti:
Water and 100 grammes of maize flour
Prepare Food:
1: pour 100 grammes of maize flour and 100 millilitre of water into a bowl.
2: Work the mixture into a dough by kneading it.
3: Shape the dough into small balls and flatten each one to form a roti.
4: On a tawa, cook the rotis until golden and crispy on each side.
Pindi Chole Ingredients:
250 grams of Chickpeas
Water
Salt
1 Bay Leaf
3 Cardamom Pods
1 Tea Bag
4 Clove Pods
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp pomegranate powder
Oil
1 tsp cumin powder
coriander seeds 1 tsp
1 tsp cumin powder
chana masala 1 tsp
1 tsp garam masala
dry mango powder 1 tsp
1 tsp garlic
ginger 1 tsp
1 tsp green chilli

How To Cook:
1: soak 250 grammes of chickpeas overnight in around 700 ml of water.
2: Place the soaked chickpeas in a pressure cooker with 500 ml of water, 1 tsp of salt, 3 cardamom pods, 4 clove pods, a cinnamon stick that is 1 inch long, 1 bay leaf, and 1 tea bag.
3: After the mixture has cooked for 4–5 whistles, remove the tea bag, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick.
4: Combine 1 tbsp of cumin powder and 1 tsp of pomegranate powder in a pan and toast them. the roasted masala to the side.
5: Combine 2 teaspoons of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon each of coriander seeds, cumin, chana masala, garam masala, and dried mango powder in a separate bowl. After combining everything, set it aside.
6:  Add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon each of garlic, ginger, and green chilli to a pan over medium heat. After heating the mixed masala for a minute, add some of the boiling chickpea water and stir for a couple of seconds.
7:  Include the cooked chickpeas with the roasted masala and heat everything thoroughly until the chickpeas are thoroughly coated with the masala.
