Potato is a vegetable that is enough to complete every other vegetable. Baked Potato Recipes
Materials-
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp corn
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onions
- A pinch of chili flakes
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- A pinch of oregano
- For garnish – sauer cream and green onions
How to make –
- First, place the two potatoes in a baking tray without peeling them and add oil and salt to it and rub them well.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven for 7 minutes and then remove and let them cool.
- Cut the potatoes into two parts from the middle and make space by removing the middle part with a spoon or fork.
- Add butter, cheese, corn, tomatoes, capsicum, onion, chili flakes, black pepper powder and oregano and bake again.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven, add sauer cream and finely chopped green onions and garnish and enjoy.
Honey Chili Potato Recipes
Materials-
- 4 Medium potatoes
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup chopped red capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 Tbsp red chilli paste
- Add 2 tbsp honey salt to taste.
- Oil for frying
How to make –
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 inch thick fingers. Wash them and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, put the water in a large pot to boil.
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until half cooked. Remove it from the water and filter it.
- Now mix flour and corn flour together in a bowl. Dust the potatoes by putting flour in quarter parts. Toss well. Sprinkle some water and toss again, adding more flour if necessary.
- After this, heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until crisp, but keep in mind that they do not have to be allowed to turn golden.
- Remove from the oil and let it cool for a while. Meanwhile, heat the oil until it is very hot. Again fry the potato fingers until golden and crisp and remove and keep aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan. Add chopped garlic and stir until golden. After this, add onion, capsicum and mix. Add all the sauce and mix all the ingredients well.
- Mix 1 tsp corn flour and <>/<> cup of water and put it in the pan. Mix well and add the fried potatoes.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Turn off the gas and add honey to it and mix it. Top with green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
Pickled potato tikka
Materials-
- Small boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp Kasuri Fenugreek
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt 1 tsp
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- onion

- capsicum
- Mustard oil
- For pickle masala:
- 1 Tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp fennel
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp kalonji
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
How to make –
- Peel the small potatoes by crossing them and then keep them aside by kneading them with a fork.
- Now add thick yogurt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, finely chopped green chillies, kasuri methi, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, mustard oil in a mixing bowl and mix.
- Heat a pan and add whole coriander, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, kalonji and cumin seeds and sauté till the aroma comes. Remove them from the pan, cool them and grind them into a fine powder.
- Now put it in a yogurt bowl and add some kalonji, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Now add potatoes to it and mix well in the mixture. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum to the cubes on top of it and mix.
- Now burn a coal in the gas and place it in a bowl and place it in the middle of this bowl. Add oil to it and tie the mixture with a lid.
- Soak the squirt in water and put potatoes and vegetables in it. Grill it in open flame.
- Once it is well grilled on both sides, serve it with green chutney.
