Kangana Ranaut will announce a new release date for Emergency after Amitabh Bachchan locked October 20

On Twitter, actress Kangana Ranaut said that she will wait one month before announcing the release date of her upcoming movie, Emergency. She claimed that when some movies, like Ganapath, starring Tiger Shroff and Amitabh Bachchan, and Yaariyan 2, directed by Bhushan Kumar, fixed October 20 as their release date, she came to this conclusion. She said that she was also aiming for the same release date for her political drama.

In a tweet, Kangana Ranaut stated,

“When I was looking for a date for Emergency release, I saw this year’s movie calendar is pretty much free, probably because of setbacks the Hindi film industry is experiencing. Based on my post production timelines, I zeroed in on October 20th, with T series owner Bhushan Kumar (cont.) within a week.

She continued, “Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and Tiger Shroff announced their ambitious project on October 20th, the entire month of October is free, as is November, December, and even September, but today Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and Tiger Shroff announced their film on October 20th, seems like Bollywood mafia gangs are holding panic meetings.

She said, “Emergency release date now.” Jab sara saal free hai toh clash ki zarurat kyu hai bhai? I will only make the announcement one month in advance with the trailer itself. If the entire year is free, why bother to compete with one another? Yeh buri halat hai industry ki phir bhi itni durbuddhi, kya khate ho yaar tum sab, itne self destructive kaise ho. What do you eat for breakfast, how can you be so self-destructive when the industry is suffering so greatly)?

After Tiger Shroff released the teaser for his eagerly anticipated movie Ganapath, Kangana tweeted about it.

He reteams with Kriti Sanon in it, along with Amitabh Bachchan. On October 20, it will be released in theatres and will star Tiger in a dystopian world after a pandemic. He appeared in the teaser wearing a tough black attire in an unidentified setting. It displayed his flame tattoo beside the movie’s release date and read, I detest fighting and warring people. I’m considering completing one of them.
