In the beginning of the year 2023, Shah Rukh Khan won everyone’s heart through ‘Pathan’ (Pathaan). After this, he was planning to bring his second film ‘Jawan’ in the middle of the year. But at the same time, his team was shocked when some video clips of the film’s shooting went viral on social platforms. On this, Red Chillies Entertainment approached the Delhi High Court. Now in this case, the court has ordered to remove the leaked clips from the social platform, giving relief to Shahrukh.
While hearing the leaked clips of ‘Jawan’, the Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed to remove the clips. The court restrained cable TV platforms, direct-to-home, websites as well as ‘John Doe’ defendants from infringing the copyright of ‘Jawan’. Justice C Harishankar ordered the removal of the clip on a petition filed by Shah Rukh and Gauri’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The court asked all social platforms to take strict steps and block access to prevent the spread of copyrighted content of ‘Jawan’.
Two videos of the viral
film ‘Jawan’ were leaked on social media in the past. In one clip, Shah Rukh had a fight sequence and in the second clip, lead actress Nayantara was seen with Shahrukh. At present, Shah Rukh and his team have got relief from the court order. Let me tell you that South’s famous director Atlee is directing the film. The film also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. Apart from this, Thelapati Vijay and Allu Arjun are also reported to be in the cameo.
After the clip of the promo
film was leaked in May, it was reported that ‘Jawan’ has been postponed. But according to the news of Bollywood Hungama, the film has not been postponed and will be released on its scheduled date i.e. June 2. Also, the film will have a two-week tight promotion. In this regard, the promo of the film will be released first in May. After this, the trailer and songs will be released.
