In The Pink Corner : India Head Coach Rahul Dravid Visits Chinnaswamy Stadium During RCB-RR IPL 2023

Rahul Dravid, a former cricketer from India and the nation’s current head coach, was present at the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 game between the Rajasthan Royals (RR) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on April 23 at the M Chinnawamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Throughout his IPL career, Dravid played for both teams and amassed 2174 runs in 89 games, including 11 half-centuries.

In order to recognise Dravid’s attendance at the game, RR published a tweet with the hashtag “In the Pink Corner Today” on Twitter. The cricket coach had taken a break and was just back from a trip to the Maldives. Before joining the Indian cricket team for the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) final at the, he is currently in Bangalore visiting his family.

Prasidh Krishna, who recently visited the Rajasthan Royals (RR) camp prior to their match against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), attended the game despite being unable to play in the 2023 IPL due to a back injury he suffered in September. Taking 19 wickets in 17 games at an economy rate of 8.29.

Sandeep Sharma, who recently had a standout bowling performance against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the final over, took Krishna’s place in the RR lineup. While representing India A against New Zealand A in a three-match unofficial Test series, Krishna had sustained the injury.

During his IPL career, Rahul Dravid, who had captained both RR and RCB, had a win percentage of 45.83, winning 22 out of 48 games. The support staff for the Indian cricket team’s upcoming assignment will likely travel to England in the final week of May to plan their strategy for winning the trophy in their second attempt.
