Here are some home remedies related to coriander seeds that will help to keep the body cool

The things present in your kitchen can be used to make these drinks.

Ayurvedic doctor Diksha Bhavsar (BAMC) has shared some details related to this on Instagram. He says that if coriander water is drunk with mishri in the morning, it reduces irritation in any part of the body. Meaning if you are having hot flashes, burning sensation during urination, burning in the toes of hands and feet, acidity problems, stomach irritation, then it can prove to be very good for you.
How to make this ayurvedic cooling drink
  • Take 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds. You do not have to roast them, but rather crush them a little.
  • Now add about 1 cup of water to it.
  • Let it soak overnight.
  • The next morning, filter it with a little sugar and drink it on an empty stomach.
Why is it beneficial?

It is good for all three doshas (vata, pitta and kapha). Not only light, but it also works as a medicine. It is not very tasty to drink, but it is very beneficial. It improves the digestive properties of your body.

How much drink should you drink?

Drink 40-50 ml of it on an empty stomach. Yes, taking mishri or not is optional. You can also take it 2-3 times a day, but in such a situation, take only 10 to 30 ml. The whole day’s dose should not be more than 50 ml.

Sip it instead of drinking it once.

For how many days should it be taken?

If you have started drinking it today, you can drink it for the next 6 to 8 weeks.

What will be beneficial for what?

Coriander water can prove to be very good for dehydration. At the same time, it is beneficial for irritation, bile problems, indigestion problems, stomach pain problems, fever, stomach worm problems, pregnancy-related disorders, etc.
