This is how to start the day

Start your day with lukewarm water with cinnamon. Take some soaked nuts with it. In nuts, you can take 3-4 raises, 1 Brazil nut and 5 almonds. It helps balance your blood sugar level, as well as boosts immunity, controls insulin spikes and improves thyroid function.


For breakfast, you can eat fermented millet dosa. It is considered very good for improving insulin sensitivity.

Mid Morning

Eat your favorite fruit. Put haleem seeds on top of it and eat it. Take about a quarter teaspoon of halim seeds. It contains phytochemicals that can help overcome the problem of irregular periods.

  • Cacao nibs/ unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tsp
  • Banana – 1
  • Oats – 1 tbsp
  • Almond Milk/Oats Milk/Organic Cow Milk – 150 ml
  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1 tsp


  • Blend everything together.
  • Add chia seeds on top.
  • Your drink is ready.


Eat sweet potato chaat for dinner. Apart from this, you can also make millet khichdi by adding spinach or bathua. It is a good source of magnesium and iron. It helps in the production of melatonin by improving blood circulation.

Post Dinner

Have chamomile tea after dinner. Add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg to it. It reduces stress, improves insulin sensitivity and also promotes the release of sleep hormones.
