Enhance the taste of food with this Rajasthani dish

Rajasthani dish: You must all have confusion about what to make new in food. Now that winter is about to begin, I also thought of making something different and tried it. I prepared dal bafla in Madhya Pradesh style in a very simple way in minutes and believe me, this dish was liked not only by the elders of the house but also by the children.

Materials
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
Yogurt – 1 cup
Celery – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
salt as needed
Water – as needed
Arhar dal – 1/2 cup
Chana Dal – 1/4 cup
Moong dal – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Onions – 1 finely chopped
Garlic cloves – 5-6 finely chopped or paste
Ginger slice – 1 inch
Green chillies finely chopped – 3-4
Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
Garam masala – 1/2
Cardamom-1
Clove-2
Cinnamon – 1 small piece
Whole black pepper – 2
Curry leaves – according to taste

Step 1
Take wheat flour in a bowl and add cumin seeds, celery and salt along with ghee. Do it.
Step 2
Make small balls of prepared dough and heat water in a pan and add salt and salt to it. Add turmeric.
Step 3
Put these balls in the pan and let them boil and let them cook until they float on top. Seem like that.
Step 4
Filter their water thoroughly and remove it and let them dry.
Step 5
Now cook them in the oven at 200 degrees temperature for at least 15 minutes.
Step 6
Put soaked arhar and chana dal in a pressure cooker and add water, turmeric to it. Add salt and cook it.
Step 7
Add ghee in a pan for dal tempering, add asafoetida and mustard seeds to it and make a tempering.
Step 8
Add the prepared dal on top of the bafla and serve hot and add green coriander and ghee on top. Pick up the taste.t
