Sarva Pindi (Sarva Pindi)
Materials
Rice flour – 1 cup, sesame -1 teaspoon, peanuts / chana dal – 2 teaspoons, salt – according to taste, onion – 1 finely chopped, green chili – 1 chopped, curry leaves – 1 teaspoon, chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, oil – for frying.
How to make
Start by giving the peanuts or chana dal a 20-minute soak in water.
The lentils should be filtered and kept in the cot after 20 minutes. Add the other ingredients, including the salt, onion, green chilies, sesame seeds, and stir thoroughly.
Now adjust the amount of water and rice flour needed, and then thoroughly knead the dough.
The oil should then be heated in a pan.
Make a dough out of flour, shape it into a ball, and place it in the pan. Make holes in it once you’ve placed it in the pan.
After that, fill the hole with oil and cover it with a lid. After cooking it for around 10 minutes over a low flame, turn off the gas.
Shikampuri Kebab (Shikampuri Kebab)
Materials
Boneless chicken – 250 grams, ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon, turmeric-chili powder – 1 teaspoon, chana dal – 1/2 teaspoon, cardamom-black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon, egg-1, salt – to taste, yogurt – 2 teaspoons, oil -frying, mint leaf – 1 teaspoon
How to make
In a pan, first heat two cups of water.
Add the chicken, chana dal, salt, turmeric, garlic, and ginger paste, and combine thoroughly.
Following that, cook it until the chicken is done and the lentils are mushy by covering it with a lid.
Put the mixture in the mixer to thoroughly ground it or combine it with your hands when it has cooled.
After that, thoroughly combine the mixture with the coriander and curry leaves. (Chopping onions won’t cause tears to flow.))
Now stir in the egg, add it to the mixture, and then take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball.
After that, add the kebabs to the hot oil in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
