Deepika Padukone is presenting at Oscars 2023 makes India proud of her

India is happy that Deepika Padukone will be presenting at the Oscars in 2023. She is not the first Indian to get this honour, though. The Pathaan actor is undoubtedly making her mark on the world as an icon. In addition to Riz Ahmed, Troy Kotsur, Emily Blunt, Janelle Monae, Jonathan Majors, Glenn Close, Zoe Saldana, Michael B. Jordan, Jennifer Connelly, Questlove, Donnie Yen, Melissa McCarthy, Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, and Janelle Monae on the list of Oscars 2023 presenters, Deepika Padukone also made India proud on March 3.

Deepika Padukone has previously made India proud.

The actor from Pathaan was on the jury list at Cannes the previous year. On March 1, Padukone revealed that she would represent Qatar Airways. Happy to be named a global brand ambassador, her caption said.

Padukone unveiled the trophy during the FIFA World Cup 2022. She was the first Native American to get this honour. “I genuinely couldn’t have wished for more,” she added, “from watching one of the greatest games in athletic history to the introduction of the FIFA World Cup Trophy.

The Business Of Fashion said in October 2022 that Padukone was the first Indian to serve as a Louis Vuitton brand ambassador. Which helped the company establish a significant media impact value (MIV) for itself. Padukone appeared in seven of the top ten photographs for the brand.

The Pathaan star is one of the most sought-after businesswomen and introduced the globe to her skincare line, 82° East. The fact that Padukone is not the first Indian actor to present at the Oscars is interesting to notice.

This year’s Oscars will be especially memorable for India.

In addition to Padukone, who will present honours, two documentaries and a song from an Indian movie have each received nominations in separate categories.

The RRR movie’s Naatu Naatu has been nominated in the Best Original Song category. The words were penned by Chandrabose, and the music was composed by MM Keeravaani. The song won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song in January 2023, and the movie took home two prizes at the Critics’ Choice Awards.
