According to the Korean tabloid Soompi. Jimin will be a featured artist on Taeyang’s new solo album. Which is expected to be released in January.

BIGBANG’s most recent release as a group was their 2018 single “Flower Road.”
Speaking of BTS Jimin’s professional front. He is currently prepping for his solo comeback as the members announced in June this year that they will be focusing more on solo projects while remaining active as a group. He reunited with the band in October to perform at a free in-person concert in Busan to promote South Korea’s bid for World Expo 2030.
About BTS and collaboration
Jimin is BTS’s lead vocalist and a high-level artist with the most treble parts on the team. Expectations for his musical collaboration with Taeyang, who has a strong R&B and soul singing style, are especially high because he has a distinct tone.
Above all, previous collaborations between BTS members and K-pop artists. Such as Psy and Suga, Crush and J-Hope, have produced outstanding results. So Taeyang and Jimin’s accomplishments are also expected.
Due to sequential enlistment following the ‘2030 Busan World Expo Invitation Concert’ in October of this year, BTS, to which Jimin belongs, has recently been focusing on individual activities. J-Hope, Jin, and RM provided a different kind of pleasure with their individual solo albums. In the midst of this, it is expected that if Taeyang of BIGBANG and Jimin of BTS, the’representative group of K-pop,’ meet, it will be an all-time great combination.
