Rishi Singh, a native of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, has won the singing reality competition show Indian Idol 13, which has been airing for about six months. He received a Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXI brand-new car, Rs 25 lakh in cash, and the trophy.
He competed in the final round against the top six competitors, including Shivam Singh from Vadodra. Chirag Kotwal from Jammu and Kashmir, Sonakshi Kar and Debosmita Roy from Kolkata, and Bidipta Chakraborty.
“Sab pe chalaake apna jaadu, Rocking Rishi ne jeeta sirf humaara dil hi nahi balki Indian Idol ki ye trophy bhi.” They wrote alongside the photo of Rishi Singh. a deserving participant in Indian Idol Season 13. Rishi, congratulations.
Rishi Singh expressed his surprise at winning Indian Idol , “I still can’t believe that I took home the Indian Idol 13 trophy. The sensation is bizarre! When my name was announced as the season’s winner, it was like a dream come true for me. It is an enormous honour to carry on the legacy of such an esteemed and beloved show. First and second runners-up Debosmita Roy and Chirag Kotwal each received a trophy and Rs 5 lakh in cash as prizes. The third and fourth place finishers, Bidipta Chakraborty and Shivam Singh, each received a check for Rs 3 lakh. Each of the six finalists received a gift basket and a check for Rs. 1 lakh.
